Let’s Investigate Bugs

Appealing to children’s natural interest in bugs, this is a great early STEM resource for your younger learners. These stones are durable enough for use outdoors and offer children the opportunity to learn up close about the living creatures they will encounter in daily life, without them scuttling off or flying away! Go on a bug hunt, study any finds discovered, brush them off and clean them up. Make a record of what’s been found by taking a wax rubbing and making an imprint in clay.
